Troubleshooting
Common issues and how to fix them. If you don’t find your answer here, submit a repair request and we’ll take it from there.
Low water pressure or weak spray
- Check that the water supply valve is fully open
- Inspect the inlet filter/screen for debris and rinse clean
- Check hose connections for kinks or restrictions
- Confirm your water supply meets minimum pressure requirements (20 PSI)
- If using a Y-splitter, try running directly from the faucet
Machine won’t turn on / no power
- Confirm the power cord is fully seated at both the machine and the outlet
- Test the outlet with another device
- Check for a tripped GFCI outlet nearby and reset if needed
- Make sure the power switch is in the ON position
Soap not dispensing or wrong dilution
- Check that the soap container has product in it and the pickup tube reaches the bottom
- Verify the dilution dial is set correctly for your shampoo type
- Inspect the soap line for kinks or air bubbles — prime if needed
- Clean the soap injector tip if it appears clogged
- Use shampoo designed for bathing systems — thick pastes may not flow properly
Water leaking from machine or connections
- Hand-tighten all hose connections — do not over-tighten
- Inspect O-rings at connection points and replace if worn or cracked
- Check the wand connection for a secure fit
- If leaking from inside the machine, do not continue operating — submit a repair request
Unusual noise during operation
- A slight hum is normal — loud rattling or grinding is not
- Check that the machine is on a stable, level surface
- Inspect for any loose components or panels
- If the noise is internal and persistent, stop use and submit a repair request
