The Encore Bathing System does require occasional servicing and repairs. Sometimes it’s just routine checkups to prepare for the busy season and sometimes parts just simply wear out over time. No matter your need we can fix it for you. Schedule a pickup with us and we will make sure UPS picks up your machine. You will need to pack it for shipping, if you need a box Home Depot has a “Small Moving Box” that measures 17x11x11 which is just the perfect size for the encore module. We don’t need your buckets, so hang on to those!
