Coverage

Prima Pet Bathing Systems warrants each machine to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. No registration is required. During the warranty period, Prima will, at its option, repair or replace any part found to be defective under the terms of this warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, modifications, or improper installation
• Freeze damage or chemical deterioration
• Units altered to operate outside manufacturer specifications
• Normal wear items: o-rings, couplers, filters, nozzles, and pump wear parts
• Routine maintenance such as adjustments or cleaning
• Field labor charges for adjustments, disassembly, or reassembly
• Shipping damage incurred during return transit
• Systems used with components not manufactured or approved by Prima
• Failure caused by foreign debris entering the system

How to Make a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims must be reported within the one-year warranty period and verified by Prima before any return is authorized.

1. Contact us to describe the issue and receive prior return authorization
2. Ship the unit prepaid and carefully packaged — Prima is not responsible for freight damage
3. If the defect is covered, Prima will repair or replace the unit at no charge

Units found to be non-defective under warranty terms are subject to testing and repackaging charges.
